Common questions
I forgot my password
Open /auth/forgot-password, enter the email on your account, and follow the link we send you. Reset links expire after 60 minutes — if yours has expired, request a fresh one.
I never got the verification email
Check your spam folder first. If it's genuinely missing, sign in with email/password — the app will show a Resend verification emailbutton. Still nothing? Email us and we'll verify you manually.
My payment went through but my plan didn't upgrade
Webhooks from Lenco land within a few seconds of payment confirmation. If your tier hasn't flipped after 5 minutes, email support@b-ne.net with your Lenco reference (starts with ar-) and the approximate payment time — we'll reconcile it manually and credit your account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to /dashboard/billing and click Cancel subscription. You keep access until the end of your current billing period; you're not charged again. No questions, no friction.
Can I get a refund?
If something genuinely doesn't work — billing went through but you couldn't use the features — we issue refunds case-by-case. Email us with the payment reference and what went wrong. Plain change-of-mind refunds aren't supported because daily/weekly tiers are designed to be tried cheaply first.
An answer Ziba gave me looks wrong
Ziba only answers from documents your church administrators have uploaded, and every claim is cited to its source. Tap the citation chip to verify the original passage. If the answer disagrees with the cited source — or if Ziba claims something with no citation — please report it: email us with a screenshot of the answer and a link to the chat thread. These reports are our most valuable signal.
How do I delete my account?
Go to /dashboard/settings, scroll to Danger zone, and click Delete account. Your chats, bookmarks, and account information are removed within 30 days. Payment records are retained anonymously for accounting and dispute-resolution purposes only — see the Privacy Policy for the full retention schedule.
Report something serious
If you believe Ziba AI is being used to harm someone, has returned content that violates church teaching or local law, or has a security vulnerability that needs urgent attention, please flag it at support@b-ne.net with Urgent in the subject line. We triage these within hours and acknowledge receipt the same day.
